SWINN often collaborates with contractors that make use of Design & Build, Engineer & Build, DBFMO, or UAV-GC contracts. Collaboration allows us to learn from one another and consolidate our strengths.

Our experience with LEAN and BIM ties in seamlessly with this. The knowledge and experience we have gained with regard to implementation processes with contractors and suppliers provide significant added value to a project. The difference lies in a heightened focus on constructability and build time. We excel at accurately estimating construction costs, which we do at an early stage. This can make all the difference during the tendering process.
