SWINN B.V., known as SWINN from now on, is located at Stavorenweg 4 in Gouda and is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

1. Personal Data Processed by Us
SWINN processes your personal data because you use our services and/or have independently provided us with this information. You will find a list of the personal data that we may process in this overview:

2. The purposes for which we process personal data
2.1. Newsletter
SWINN publishes and distributes a digital newsletter, through which we aim to inform interested parties of its projects and other news. We will only add your email address to the subscriber list with your permission. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. We process your email address and – if provided by you – your company name and your first and last name for these purposes.
2.2. Business Relations
Personal data from our business relations is processed to enable us to adequately and effectively supply our clients with our products and services. The related personal data is collected and processed for the purposes listed below:
- To enable you to make use of our services;
- To enter into and maintain a business relationship with you;
- To be send invoices and record payments;
- To inform you of our services and other activities (e.g. via email, invitations to events, and newsletters).
2.3. Applications
We process the following personal data in relation to the prospective hire of job applicants or to respond to job applications:
- First name and surname
- Gender
- Date of birth (if provided)
- Address details
- Phone number
- Email address
If the applicant is not hired, his or her data is deleted no later than four weeks after the end of the application process. We are entitled to retain this data subject to the applicant’s consent for use in the event of another suitable position appearing. In such cases, we apply a retention period of one year following the termination of the application procedure.
3. Retention period for personal data
SWINN does not retain personal data for longer than is needed for the realisation of the envisioned goals.
4. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
SWINN does not sell your data to third parties and exclusively provides your data to other parties if this is required for the execution of the agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. We take out a processing agreement with companies that process your data by our order to ensure a comparable level of security and confidentiality of your data. SWINN remains responsible for the processing.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
The SWINN website makes use of exclusively technical and analytical cookies. These cookies are used by the Google Analytics service to track statistics in relation to our website, for which the data cannot be traced to any individual. This service is performed by Google. The statistics show visitor and clickstream data on the website. We use this information to optimise the information presented on the website. SWINN does not share this data with third parties.
You can block cookies by adjusting your browser settings to disable the storage of cookies. Additionally, you can delete all stored information through these browser settings.
6. Access to or rectification or deletion of data
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, or to have it deleted. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you may have given for the processing of data or object to the processing of your personal data by SWINN, and you have the right to data portability. That means you can submit a request to us to send all the personal data belonging to you that we have in our possession in a computer file to you or another organisation indicated by you. You can submit a request for access, rectification, deletion, data portability of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@swinn.nl.
SWINN also wishes to point out that you have the option to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

SWINN takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unintended publication, and unlawful changes.
