Residential Building Spoorzone Gouda

Residential building 'Spoorzone Gouda' will be situated on the plot on the Burgemeester Jamessingel, between Cinema Gouda and the Rabobank, with a GFA of approx. 12,800m².

Project 'Spoorzone' consists of an apartment building with approx. 150 social rental homes.
The houses are intended for a wide target group of small single and two-person households that wish to live in an urban environment.

The ground floor will house a commercial space of approx. 625m², and a parking garage for bikes and cars of approx. 1,400m².
A roof garden will be realised above the parking garage that is screened with a glass facade of 30m x 24, on the railroad side.

By order of Woningcorporatie Mozaïek Wonen, we started the structural design in collaboration with Studio Leon Thier Architecten.

Construction is expected to start during the course of 2021.
